Free composting workshop for small-scale farmers and gardeners taught by Farm Conservation Advisor Gregg Cady. We will provide information on different compost bin setups, talk about composting with worms (vermicomposting), create a compost pile from scratch, and discuss carbon to nitrogen ratios of various inputs. Learn what to/what not to add to your compost pile and troubleshot common problems.
